These Terms govern your use of RadarClips ("the Service"), a tool for organizing and publishing short-form video clips to a connected TikTok account. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the clips you publish and for holding the rights or permissions necessary to post them. You agree not to use the Service to publish content that infringes others' rights or violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
The Service connects to your TikTok account only after you authorize it through TikTok's official login. You may revoke that access at any time from your TikTok account settings. The Service acts only on the clips you approve for publishing.
You agree not to use the Service for spam, misleading content, automated abuse, or any activity that violates applicable law or the policies of TikTok or other platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the extent permitted by law, RadarClips is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
